An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Pes in the 7th minute of play forced Talleres FC's goalkeeper Honorio Maria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Talleres FC's Honorio Maria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Abadia in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Megadeth's Ivan Abadia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorio Maria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Abadia in the 16th minute of play forced Talleres FC's goalkeeper Honorio Maria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Emilio Jurgi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaudencio Pes scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Honorio Maria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the game, one of Megadeth:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 32 played minutes Megadeth got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Su. Gaudencio Pes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Honorio Maria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ivan Abadia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilio Jurgi struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Dacian Ghiorman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Talleres FC. After a rather tough play, Talleres FC's Teodosio Tajo got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilio Jurgi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Megadeth's Ivan Abadia got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honorio Maria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Abadia in the 56th minute of the match. Talleres FC's Honorio Maria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Talleres FC from getting a goal against them. In the 60th minute, Jorge Porfirio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes in the game, Ivan Abadia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Honorio Maria having to interfere. Gaudencio Pes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Honorio Maria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Megadeth's Ivan Abadia in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Talleres FC's goalie prevented a goal. Arnoldo Maura's late challenge caught a Talleres FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldo Maura helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Talleres FC booed when Megadeth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Maura didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Talleres FC's Lino Indalecio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Astor Dacio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th match minute, Talleres FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Indalecio to maneuver through the defense. Alejandro Su, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Megadeth's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Firme came free, but Dacian Ghiorman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Astor Dacio got free with Honorio Maria in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivan Abadia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Megadeth booed when Talleres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Porfirio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Megadeth left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Talleres FC.
