Spectators: 7123 (Terracing: 5444, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 10) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Romeo Pacorro kicked off to start the match. Jeronimo Viator recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fauzón's zone, Romeo Pacorro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Celio came out of the goal and Romeo Pacorro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Generoso Niva fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fauzón's protests and gave Generoso Niva a yellow card for diving instead. Fauzón's Arnaldo Celio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Bautista in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Ernesto Euloxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Bautista in the 18th minute of play forced Fauzón's goalkeeper Arnaldo Celio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 20 in the game by Vladimiro Micael from a close distance when the talented Luisito Iturri managed to make a qualified save. Ostende F.C's players were relieved. 21 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Micael notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ostende F.C's Luisito Iturri. Luisito Iturri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Romeo Pacorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Ostende F.C booed when Fauzón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Niva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Erubiel Txerran sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fauzón's Arnaldo Celio didn't even have to move. Arnaldo Celio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Pacorro in the 29th minute of the match. Luisito Iturri acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 34th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cipriano Enetz. Romeo Pacorro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Ostende F.C's Romeo Pacorro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnaldo Celio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 42nd minute, Ernesto Euloxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes, Ostende F.C's Erubiel Txerran shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arnaldo Celio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ostende F.C reached it. Arnaldo Celio came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Ostende F.C's Moises Bautista. But to his dismay, Moises Bautista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeronimo Viator to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Moises Bautista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ostende F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Bautista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnaldo Celio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vladimiro Micael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Luisito Iturri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardino Victoro hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Romeo Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Arnaldo Celio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Celio came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Ostende F.C's Romeo Pacorro. But to his dismay, Romeo Pacorro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ostende F.C's Romeo Pacorro got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Ostende F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fauzón throughout the match.
