The audience thought a goal was coming when Desiderio Avellaneda got free with Feliciano Elodio in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Feliciano Elodio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Quiroga in the 21st minute of the match. With a little luck, Tuizón's Feliciano Elodio got control of the ball when Maximo Mikelats tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alejo Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Christian Galindo shot from long distance after 26 played minutes, a shot that Feliciano Elodio with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Feliciano Elodio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Quiroga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celestino Urre made a kick off. Desiderio Avellaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Feliciano Elodio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Desiderio Avellaneda notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Tuizón's Feliciano Elodio. Feliciano Elodio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Tuizón's zone, Alejo Quiroga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliciano Elodio came out of the goal and Alejo Quiroga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Tuizón's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Quiroga came free, but Feliciano Elodio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Desiderio Avellaneda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feliciano Elodio. Tuizón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Desiderio Avellaneda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliciano Elodio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Desiderio Avellaneda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Elodio having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Alejo Quiroga notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Tuizón's Feliciano Elodio.
