The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Vencedores's Saverio Banegas got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Saverio Banegas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Emanuel Tuste, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of FC Vencedores booed when Clausurada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Corderun didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Celso Sanchez came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the FC Vencedores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Sanchez couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Clausurada's Maximo Mikelats got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 22ndth minute of the game Saverio Banegas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clausurada's Emanuel Tuste was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 25 played minutes FC Vencedores got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Rainerio. Celso Sanchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Tuste having to interfere. The supporters of FC Vencedores booed when Clausurada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celso Sanchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Emanuel Tuste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Banegas in the 39th minute of play forced Clausurada's goalkeeper Emanuel Tuste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Tuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Banegas in the 43rd minute of play. Jonas Salvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Quiroga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saverio Banegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saverio Banegas couldn't finish the play. After 94 minutes of play, Clausurada's Desiderio Avellaneda made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Salvino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Although FC Vencedores had been in control for most of the match, Clausurada still came away with the win.
