One of Luque AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Vencedores:s goal. In the 14th minute Aaron Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Salvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15thth minute of the game Adolfo Sotil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Vencedores's Jonas Salvino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victorio Isidor hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. FC Vencedores's Saverio Banegas got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Saverio Banegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Salvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Sotil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baldomero Gorri made a kick off. Pastor Monte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Banegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomero Gorri might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Salvino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baldomero Gorri ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute Saverio Banegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Monte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luque AFC's Pastor Monte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Banegas in the 69th minute of play. Saverio Banegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Celso Sanchez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pastor Monte was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. 76 minutes into the game, FC Vencedores's Celso Sanchez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pastor Monte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Vencedores had won after a very even match.
