The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dante Xabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Baladi in the 5th minute of the match. Vicente Seguinus had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Eustacio Ado from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Dante Xabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Hodei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fermin Gaztea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Vicente Seguinus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Real Coholicos's Vicente Seguinus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Manni in the 13th minute of play. Sixto Manni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Vicente Seguinus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaias Lore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Xabel having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Honorio Baladi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 played minutes Nihuil FC got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Vasco. Honorio Baladi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Xabel having to interfere. When Real Coholicos's Bruno Hodei in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nihuil FC's goalie prevented a goal. Dante Xabel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Real Coholicos were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Nihuil FC's Dante Xabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Vellito in the 57th minute of play. Dante Xabel came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Coholicos's Bruno Hodei. But to his dismay, Bruno Hodei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 62 minutes into the match, Nihuil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Lore came free, but Dante Xabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Honorio Baladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Xabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Real Coholicos's Honorio Baladi got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honorio Baladi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Dante Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 played minutes Nihuil FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Ado. Thanks to some nice moves Bruno Hodei could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Dante Xabel however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Isaac Fresco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Coholicos's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaac Fresco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Xabel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isaac Fresco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaias Lore in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Xabel saved Nihuil FC from getting behind. Armando Vellito struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Dante Xabel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Coholicos. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sixto Manni might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vicente Seguinus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sixto Manni ran back to his position shaking his head. Alvaro Urtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Dante Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Real Coholicos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
