Spectators: 7228 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 70) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isidoro Rosio started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidoro Rosio in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Frechoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7th minute, Romeo Jurdan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 8 minutes, Ladislao Hurko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quebrachito FC and the MAYER players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Quebrachito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Hurko to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, MAYER's Venancio Neto broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Serafin James fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Satordi having to interfere. When Gabriel Kelemen came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Quebrachito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Kelemen couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute Isidoro Rosio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Frechoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quebrachito FC's Gabriel Kelemen got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Quebrachito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Telesforo came free, but Francisco Frechoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Serafin James shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Satordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Kelemen struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Gerardo Satordi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quebrachito FC. Quebrachito FC's Gabriel Kelemen got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donato Telesforo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Frechoso having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, MAYER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Demesio to maneuver through the defense. Gerardo Satordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin James, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romeo Jurdan during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 40 played minutes Quebrachito FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Jurdan. With a little luck, MAYER's Gerardo Satordi got control of the ball when Ladislao Hurko tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Serafin James had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ubaldo Salvatore's late challenge caught a Quebrachito FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubaldo Salvatore helped the player get up and apologised. Ubaldo Salvatore kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Gabriel Kelemen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quebrachito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Kelemen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerardo Satordi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

52 minutes into the match, MAYER's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin James came free, but Gerardo Satordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by MAYER's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bernardo Senen was slow to take the kick. During this time Quebrachito FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Bernardo Senen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MAYER's Gerardo Satordi did a great save. After 62 played minutes MAYER got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Rosario. Gabriel Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Satordi having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, MAYER's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin James came free, but Gerardo Satordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ubaldo Salvatore got his second yellow card in the match during the 76th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Ubaldo Salvatore kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Quebrachito FC's Bernardo Senen tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Serafin James sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Quebrachito FC's Ladislao Hurko got a free kick in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin James in the 89th minute of play forced MAYER's goalkeeper Gerardo Satordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Kelemen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerardo Satordi having to make a save. Quebrachito FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
