In the 24th minute Jesus Platon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Cutberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Jesus Platon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niceto Cutberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 29 played minutes Tony Montana FC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Arias. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enzo Austin during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Luján Sport Club booed when Tony Montana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Austin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesus Platon to make the kick off. Anier Lluciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Manni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rene Justin took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niceto Cutberto. Niceto Cutberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. A collision led to Luján Sport Club getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Rene Justin hit a great ball. Rene Justin's late challenge caught a Tony Montana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rene Justin helped the player get up and apologised. After 67 played minutes Luján Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Rene Justin. Rene Justin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Cutberto having to interfere. A collision led to Tony Montana FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Enzo Austin hit a great ball. Nunez Torres took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Niceto Cutberto. Tony Montana FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jesus Platon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natalio Efren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Niceto Cutberto made a huge save. The supporters of Tony Montana FC booed when Luján Sport Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Handi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luján Sport Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
