Eduardo Erasto charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Erasto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Filomeno Ibañez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Nabar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jonathan Clemencin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulino Millano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Gerardo Frisco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Tomi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Clemencin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Millano in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Turungun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Naike to maneuver through the defense. Paulino Millano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Jonathan Clemencin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd match minute, Portalis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Mendebal to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Hermengildo Weterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Clemencin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Millano, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. If Enrique Mendebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Norino's late challenge caught a Turungun's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolfo Norino helped the player get up and apologised. Adolfo Norino kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerardo Frisco to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Clemencin made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Paulino Millano sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Turungun getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Ciro Galeno hit a great ball. Gerardo Frisco struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Feliciano Tomi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portalis FC. Eduardo Erasto hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Portalis FC's Jonathan Clemencin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Portalis FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulino Millano got free with Jonathan Clemencin in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 83 minutes of play Portalis FC's Adolfo Norino was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Eduardo Erasto got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 88 played minutes Portalis FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Erasto. After a defensive mix-up in Portalis FC's zone, Romeo Nabar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Clemencin came out of the goal and Romeo Nabar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romeo Nabar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Clemencin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Portalis FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
