Edgard Belarmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Frisco in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Mulitas's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Mendebal came free, but Edgard Belarmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Portalis FC's Gerardo Frisco in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Portalis FC's Jonathan Clemencin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Stephen in the 38th minute of play. Gerardo Frisco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Belarmo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Frisco in the 45th minute of play forced Mulitas's goalkeeper Edgard Belarmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes Mulitas got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Arias. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aristides Stephen to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Enrique Mendebal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Edgard Belarmo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mulitas's goalkeeper Edgard Belarmo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. But to his dismay, Juan Frans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Enrique Mendebal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Edgard Belarmo made a huge save. Jonathan Clemencin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Stephen, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 80 played minutes Portalis FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Erasto. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Erasto during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
