In the 14th minute, Paulino Millano made a precise shot to the right of Edgard Belarmo. Mulitas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mulitas's goalkeeper Edgard Belarmo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Nabar in the 19th minute of play forced Mulitas's goalkeeper Edgard Belarmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romeo Nabar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Feliciano Tomi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Frans in the 54th minute of the match. Turungun's Paulino Millano got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute Juan Frans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Tomi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mulitas's zone, Romeo Nabar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgard Belarmo came out of the goal and Romeo Nabar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the match, Mulitas's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Nabar came free, but Edgard Belarmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Turungun's Ciro Galeno got a free kick in the 71st minute. Turungun's Feliciano Tomi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Stephen in the 74th minute of play. If Juan Frans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliciano Tomi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Stephen in the 82nd minute of play. Aristides Stephen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Tomi having to interfere. Romeo Nabar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgard Belarmo came out and tried to block the shot, but Romeo Nabar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 95th minute. The Turungun supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Turungun would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
