The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bartolo Isauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isaac Dominguez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Deportivo Pulqui booed when Chacras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Jaen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chacras's goalkeeper Celedonio Txerran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emilio Fe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Celedonio Txerran made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clemente Salomone in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaac Dominguez saved Deportivo Pulqui from getting behind. Celedonio Txerran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Nafarroa in the 18th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aquiles Soin got free with Celedonio Txerran in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 played minutes Chacras got a freekick which was hit by Dante Jaen. Aquiles Soin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Celedonio Txerran made a huge save. In the 28th match minute, Chacras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Jaen to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute, Deportivo Pulqui's Emilio Fe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 39 minutes into the match, Chacras's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Ponc came free, but Celedonio Txerran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chacras's Celedonio Txerran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Chacras from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Bartolo Isauro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacras's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartolo Isauro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaac Dominguez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 45 played minutes Deportivo Pulqui got a freekick which was hit by Candido Ponc. After 47 played minutes Chacras got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Rudolfo. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clemente Salomone made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Carolo Lapurdi notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Chacras's Celedonio Txerran. Celedonio Txerran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, Chacras's Isaac Dominguez threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bartolo Isauro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the Chacras defense, Aquiles Soin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celedonio Txerran. The Chacras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celedonio Txerran should have stopped the shot. Celedonio Txerran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Fe in the 64th minute of play. After 65 played minutes Chacras got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Salomone. After 68 played minutes Chacras got a freekick which was hit by Dante Jaen. Celedonio Txerran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Soin, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Chacras's Celedonio Txerran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Fe in the 74th minute of play. Deportivo Pulqui's Isaac Dominguez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Pulqui from getting a goal against them. Celedonio Txerran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Fe, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Celedonio Txerran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Soin in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Deportivo Pulqui fully deserved thier win.
