After having played for 13 minutes, Zacarias Bela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL GRANATE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zacarias Bela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Lauaxeta in the 14th minute of play forced EL GRANATE's goalkeeper Eriberto Roldan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Restu kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Alonzo Chan was a little too slow when Paulino Orti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. 22 minutes into the game, EL GRANATE's Paulino Orti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alonzo Chan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 26 minutes into the match, EL GRANATE's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Perrando came free, but Eriberto Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of vacajrs booed when EL GRANATE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Havier didn't get a good kick on the ball. From close distance Paulino Orti pressed in the 3-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 37 minutes into the game. The audience was convinced that Paulino Orti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alonzo Chan was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. When Hugo Havier came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the EL GRANATE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Havier couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Orti in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alonzo Chan saved vacajrs from getting behind. When Hugo Havier came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the EL GRANATE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Havier couldn't finish the play. Paulino Orti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rene Perrando made a kick off. Felix Restu got a throw-in 56 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Guillermo Darien. If Paulino Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Paulino Orti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Zacarias Bela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute.
