Spectators: 6659 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Godofredo Cordarryl got the match started through his kick off. Cipriano Ferdinand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Totakoxe having to interfere. Lino Totakoxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Cordarryl in the 11th minute of the match. Simon Escobar's late challenge caught a Piñalitos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Escobar helped the player get up and apologised. When Piñalitos's Cipriano Ferdinand in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guaraní's goalie prevented a goal. Norberto Abaurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Velasco in the 24th minute of play. Lino Totakoxe came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Piñalitos's Cipriano Ferdinand. But to his dismay, Cipriano Ferdinand quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cipriano Ferdinand took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lino Totakoxe. Lino Totakoxe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. When Baltasar Velasco fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guaraní's protests and gave Baltasar Velasco a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes Guaraní got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Velasco. Santo Crescencio charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santo Crescencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 0-5 became the score in the 42nd minute when Godofredo Cordarryl elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Godofredo Cordarryl made a precise shot to the right of Lino Totakoxe. Guaraní's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baltasar Velasco made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Ferdinand in the 54th minute of play forced Guaraní's goalkeeper Lino Totakoxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lino Totakoxe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godofredo Cordarryl's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. When Godofredo Cordarryl came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Piñalitos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godofredo Cordarryl couldn't finish the play. Baltasar Velasco was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A hard shot 72 in the game by Cipriano Ferdinand from a close distance when the talented Lino Totakoxe managed to make a qualified save. Guaraní's players were relieved. If Cipriano Ferdinand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norberto Abaurre came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaraní's Saturnino Natal. But to his dismay, Saturnino Natal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. After 83 played minutes Cipriano Ferdinand rounded Guaraní's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-7. After 88 played minutes Piñalitos got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Reno. Godofredo Cordarryl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Piñalitos's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
