Tadeo Poz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Leonides Eutor skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Sampdoria AC booed when Castellanos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Lamberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Tadeo Poz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonides Eutor. Tadeo Poz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, Sampdoria AC's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Ioritz came free, but Feliberto Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Ioritz in the 30th minute of the match. Leonides Eutor came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Sampdoria AC's Tadeo Poz. But to his dismay, Tadeo Poz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Candido Pacorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonides Eutor having to interfere. In the 37th minute Jacinto Lucila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Eutor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Aldo Erramu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tadeo Poz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the game, Tadeo Poz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Leonides Eutor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Bladi to make the kick off. Sampdoria AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Mergildo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Tadeo Poz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonides Eutor. Castellanos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tadeo Poz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Sampdoria AC made a substitution. In the 96thth minute of the game Marciano Farias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Castellanos FC's Leonides Eutor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sampdoria AC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
