Spectators: 6662 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isidoro Solustiano started the match with the kick off. Isidoro Solustiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aureliano Artal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Cristofor in the 13th minute of play forced Pedernal's goalkeeper Ricardo Aguirre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Aguirre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Cristofor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Pedernal getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Alvaro Iztal hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, joseph pla's Baltasar Ongile broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 20th minute, Jorge Orti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 minutes, Alvaro Iztal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pedernal and the joseph pla players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alvaro Iztal kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Pedernal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Iztal to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Eloy Etxeberri made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Aguirre. Pedernal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Sixto Artaldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Artal. joseph pla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sixto Artaldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Rogelio Cristofor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Aguirre having to interfere. Ricardo Aguirre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Cristofor in the 44th minute of play. Sixto Artaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Aureliano Artal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Rogelio Cristofor made the kick off in the second half. Eloy Etxeberri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ricardo Aguirre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eloy Etxeberri struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Ricardo Aguirre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for joseph pla. In the 62nd minute, Sixto Artaldo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pedernal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Pedernal's Ricardo Aguirre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Cristofor in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Cristian Mirande managed to get in a good position for a shot. joseph pla's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Mirande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Aguirre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Aguirre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eloy Etxeberri in the 75th minute. joseph pla's Eloy Etxeberri got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eloy Etxeberri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aureliano Artal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Solustiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Aureliano Artal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Solustiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
