Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5002, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Niceto Efraim got the match started through his kick off. Aldo Ebardo was a little too slow when Niceto Efraim got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. Aldo Ebardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Efraim in the 12th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes Laharrague got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Gitano. Niceto Efraim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Ebardo having to interfere. When Tobias Misael fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laharrague's protests and gave Tobias Misael a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cortaderas booed when Laharrague was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Misael didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Osvaldo Diegotxe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Neto in the 25th minute of play forced Cortaderas's goalkeeper Jairo Lazcano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osvaldo Diegotxe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jairo Lazcano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. If Osvaldo Diegotxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute of the match Elvio Mambru shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jairo Lazcano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Cortaderas's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Diegotxe came free, but Jairo Lazcano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Niceto Efraim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Ebardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Laharrague's Aldo Ebardo got control of the ball when Cristobal Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cortaderas's goalkeeper Jairo Lazcano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Aldo Ebardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Feliu, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 55th minute of the match Florentino Argenis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aldo Ebardo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Niceto Efraim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Aldo Ebardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laharrague's Aldo Ebardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Barbosa in the 65th minute of play. Niceto Efraim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aldo Ebardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Lazcano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Neto in the 74th minute of play. Osvaldo Diegotxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Lazcano having to interfere. Jairo Lazcano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cortaderas had won after a very even match.
