The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Simon Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Dolcet, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 4th minute, Ambrosio Onofre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás Lorenz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Lopes in the 8th minute of play. If Igor Haimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Coorporacion FC's goalkeeper Simon Gartxot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ambrosio Onofre during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ambrosio Onofre hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. La Coorporacion FC's Simon Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Dolcet in the 23rd minute of play. Tomás Lorenz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Lopes in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Dolcet in the 33rd minute of play forced La Coorporacion FC's goalkeeper Simon Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Dolcet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Dolcet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simon Gartxot made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Igor Haimar sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute, Cleto Lopes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Igor Dolcet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Simon Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Dolcet in the 53rd minute of the match. Igor Dolcet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Simon Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Igor Dolcet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
