But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Ortle couldn't finish the play. Bernabe Rumaldo scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cirilo Cordara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Mario Garin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrow's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Garin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Braulio Omero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the match, CanCerbero's goalkeeper Braulio Omero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danilo Galo. CanCerbero's attack was well implemented in the 25th minute, but when Bernabe Rumaldo was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Humberto Favila kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Bernabe Rumaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernabe Rumaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Cordara having to interfere. Jose Ortle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Cordara having to interfere. Danilo Galo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Braulio Omero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodosio Frances kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, CanCerbero's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mario Garin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danilo Galo got free with Braulio Omero in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Braulio Omero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Garin in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Donato Orlanda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jose Ortle struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Cirilo Cordara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CanCerbero. Cirilo Cordara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabe Rumaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernabe Rumaldo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Gerardo Osoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. CanCerbero's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Osoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cirilo Cordara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Danilo Galo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Braulio Omero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Narciso Guillerme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CanCerbero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrow the free kick. The supporters of Barrow booed when CanCerbero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Guillerme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Garin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barrow's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bernabe Rumaldo 73 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Danilo Galo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Omero having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Mario Garin in the 83rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. CanCerbero's Braulio Omero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Galo in the 86th minute of play. Cirilo Cordara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Ortle in the 90th minute. If Jose Ortle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CanCerbero eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
