The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, one of ConoGol:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Roman mas 10. Fernan Unai stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tiburcio Geleberto. 1-0. ConoGol's Joel Sotero got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Sotero in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Urki saved Roman mas 10 from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Saul Victoro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Urki was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Rafael Hever might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Urki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafael Hever ran back to his position shaking his head. Rolando Urki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Rio in the 39th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Sotero to make the kick off. If Joel Sotero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafael Hever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Urki having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Joel Sotero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Urki was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Rafael Hever received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Rolando Urki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Joel Sotero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Urki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 89 played minutes, Roman mas 10's Manuel Claude shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tiburcio Geleberto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Roman mas 10 reached it. Tiburcio Geleberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Gelmiro in the 90th minute of play. With his leg Rolando Urki managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when ConoGol's Jacinto Rio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rolando Urki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Sotero's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. ConoGol's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Roman mas 10 had won, even though ConoGol had held more of the ball.
