Amador Oskarbi hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the game, Timoteo Marz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ConoGol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paganzo the free kick. Amador Oskarbi scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiburcio Geleberto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amador Oskarbi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiburcio Geleberto having to make a save. Tiburcio Geleberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Shantala in the 21st minute of the match. Joel Sotero scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Simon Afonso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 30 minutes into the match, ConoGol's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Oskarbi came free, but Tiburcio Geleberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburcio Geleberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Shantala in the 32nd minute of play. ConoGol's Rafael Hever got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joel Sotero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Simon Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Simon Afonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Sotero in the 53rd minute of play. If Blas Figueroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Sotero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Simon Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to ConoGol getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Robustiano Machado hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Rene Eztebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburcio Geleberto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amador Oskarbi in the 68th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Sotero in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon Afonso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Paganzo's zone, Joel Sotero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Afonso came out of the goal and Joel Sotero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jacinto Rio came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the ConoGol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Rio couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute, Rafael Hever got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jacinto Rio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
