Gervasio Botello hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Victorino Saturnin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jose Quin was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Maximiliano Corderro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Refugio in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match Ciro Meazza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximiliano Corderro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Ciriaco Refugio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Bicho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciriaco Refugio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Higinio Remir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Weedcelona FC's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Remir came free, but Maximiliano Corderro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciriaco Refugio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Corderro having to interfere. Maximiliano Corderro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciriaco Refugio, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Ciriaco Refugio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Maximiliano Corderro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Weedcelona FC's Miguel Goren broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Maximiliano Corderro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciriaco Refugio in the 61st minute. After some careless play in the Weedcelona FC defense, Higinio Remir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximiliano Corderro. The Weedcelona FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximiliano Corderro should have stopped the shot. After 69 minutes of play, El Bicho's Ciriaco Refugio made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximiliano Corderro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ciriaco Refugio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Corderro having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Weedcelona FC's Everardo Savion got a free kick in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the match, El Bicho's Ciro Meazza broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Candido Lope's late challenge caught a El Bicho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Candido Lope helped the player get up and apologised. Maximiliano Corderro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Remir, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Tony Russo charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tony Russo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 79 played minutes El Bicho got a freekick which was hit by Tony Russo. Miguel Goren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristo Duarte struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Jose Quin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Weedcelona FC. After 84 played minutes El Bicho got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Botello. Jose Quin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Saturnin, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Maximiliano Corderro was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Ciriaco Refugio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ciriaco Refugio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. The Weedcelona FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. El Bicho were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
