Spectators: 6524 (Terracing: 5524, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horacio Primo kicked off to start the match. Maximino Pacorro made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Isidro Merexildo sent off a good shot on target. Damian Porfirio kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Angelo Lop was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chimborazo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xeneizes FC the free kick. The supporters of Xeneizes FC booed when Chimborazo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Lop didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Chimborazo's Basilio Koldo got a free kick in the 11th minute. Maximino Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Inautzi in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Chimborazo getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Angelo Lop hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Benjamin Inautzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horacio Primo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Lano having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Isidro Merexildo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xeneizes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Basilio Koldo fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chimborazo's protests and gave Basilio Koldo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Chimborazo getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Basilio Koldo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Primo in the 32nd minute of play forced Xeneizes FC's goalkeeper Augusto Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Apolo Chuse fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Inautzi to strike the kick off in the second half. If Eusebio Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Primo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Lano having to make a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 68 minutes into the game, when Amado Jerrald put in a rough tackle. Chimborazo's Maximino Pacorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Chuse in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Xeneizes FC's Celso Argina got a free kick in the 74th minute. After some careless play in the Xeneizes FC defense, Eusebio Bladi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augusto Lano. The Xeneizes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Lano should have stopped the shot. Damian Porfirio kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Chimborazo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Primo to maneuver through the defense. If Apolo Chuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chimborazo's Maximino Pacorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Merexildo in the 95th minute of play.
