Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Uriel Oriche got the match started through his kick off. After 8 minutes, Uriel Oriche made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Salto AFC's Elpidio Osasun tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 12 minutes into the match, Salto AFC's goalkeeper Elpidio Osasun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciro Haritz. Uriel Oriche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salto AFC's Elpidio Osasun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Haritz in the 14th minute of play. Emiliano Afonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Martin Hegoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Bolsón got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Galindo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uriel Oriche in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Osasun saved Salto AFC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Ciro Haritz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolsón's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Haritz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elpidio Osasun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silverio Michael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uriel Oriche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Elpidio Osasun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bolsón's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Silverio Michael in the 32nd minute. The corner ended in Silverio Michael almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Salto AFC's Elpidio Osasun did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silverio Michael got free with Elpidio Osasun in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Martin Hegoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emiliano Afonso went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Salto AFC's Elpidio Osasun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Salto AFC from getting a goal against them. After 41 minutes, Epifanio Galindo made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Salto AFC's Elpidio Osasun tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Esteve Fanuco hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosme Medardo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Epifanio Galindo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victorio Aztore was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 54 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, one of Bolsón:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bolsón. When the match had been going on for 56 minutes, Salto AFC's Pascual Vincente got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Martin Hegoi. Uriel Oriche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Elpidio Osasun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 66 minutes, Ciro Haritz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolsón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Haritz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Epifanio Galindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Berdoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Osasun having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Epifanio Galindo in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elpidio Osasun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Serafino Conrao hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Ciro Haritz might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elpidio Osasun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciro Haritz ran back to his position shaking his head. Uriel Oriche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Elpidio Osasun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Osasun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Haritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Galindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uriel Oriche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute Epifanio Galindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Osasun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salto AFC's Elpidio Osasun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Galindo in the 96th minute of play. A collision led to Salto AFC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Candido Dabi hit a great ball.
