Spectators: 7343 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 147) Uriel Oriche started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 4 minutes, Leonardo Mazuste mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chimborazo and the Bolsón players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st minute Silverio Michael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Pacorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Oriche in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Horacio Primo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Hegoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bolsón's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matias Fagildo was slow to take the kick. During this time Chimborazo's players had a chance to rest. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horacio Primo made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Chimborazo's goalkeeper Maximino Pacorro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silverio Michael. Maximino Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Oriche in the 60th minute of play. Silverio Michael who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Maximino Pacorro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Celso Sabin's late challenge caught a Bolsón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Sabin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Celso Sabin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Bolsón's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Primo came free, but Martin Hegoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horacio Primo in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Hegoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Bolsón's zone, Eusebio Bladi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Hegoi came out of the goal and Eusebio Bladi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute Eusebio Bladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Hegoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Chimborazo's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Oriche came free, but Maximino Pacorro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Bolsón defense, Horacio Primo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Hegoi. The Bolsón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Hegoi should have stopped the shot. With his leg Maximino Pacorro managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Bolsón's Silverio Michael fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alejandro Carlomagno kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Martin Hegoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio Primo in the 93rd minute of the match.
