A collision led to Zum Priester! ♫ getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Enrique Vasco hit a great ball. When Cristo Mogel came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Zum Priester! ♫ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristo Mogel couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Los Galácticos's Gavino Hitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amancio Grabiel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fidel Abancens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Grabiel having to interfere. Fidel Abancens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Amancio Grabiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Galácticos's goalkeeper Evaristo Clodio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Evaristo Clodio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Belarmo in the 30th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Belarmo in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Clodio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gavino Hitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Amancio Grabiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amancio Grabiel came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Galácticos's Ciriaco Sanson. But to his dismay, Ciriaco Sanson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fidel Abancens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Los Galácticos were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Zum Priester! ♫'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nereo Salvidor took the corner. The corner led Los Galácticos's Nereo Salvidor to fire away a dangerous shot which Amancio Grabiel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Los Galácticos's Fidel Abancens got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Joel Belarmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zum Priester! ♫'s supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Belarmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Clodio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute Cristo Mogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Clodio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amancio Grabiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Abancens, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Amancio Grabiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Abancens in the 85th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Zum Priester! ♫'s Cristo Mogel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evaristo Clodio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Los Galácticos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cristo Mogel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 98 minutes into the match, Cristo Mogel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Evaristo Clodio, 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Los Galácticos had won after a very even match.
