After 10 played minutes Urbano got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Eriz. Emilio Gartzen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teofilo Arnas's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. If Freddy Basajaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niceto Eskuin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Basajaun got free with Marcial Rio in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcial Rio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Eskuin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Teofilo Arnas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isaac Aragones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Gartzen having to interfere. Baldomero Eriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Marcial Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niceto Eskuin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilo Arnas in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Gartzen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emilio Gartzen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Aragones in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute Isaac Aragones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Gartzen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teofilo Arnas made a kick off. When Niceto Eskuin came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Urbano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niceto Eskuin couldn't finish the play. Teofilo Arnas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaac Aragones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Emilio Gartzen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Teofilo Arnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 played minutes Urbano got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Eriz. Niceto Eskuin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teofilo Arnas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Emilio Gartzen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
