Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aureliano Gilabert in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquilino Ongile prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13th minute, Lucio Erasto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute, ChrisLee's Florentino Arias ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nemesio Pierres. Nemesio Pierres yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. ChrisLee's Aquilino Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Martino in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Arias in the 21st minute of play forced CHIO F.C.'s goalkeeper Nemesio Pierres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Herminio Martino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aureliano Gilabert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Aquilino Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herminio Martino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aquilino Ongile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Martino in the 37th minute of the match. Aureliano Gilabert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquilino Ongile read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Lucio Erasto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nemesio Pierres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herminio Martino to make the kick off. Lucio Erasto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Pierres having to interfere. Florentino Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Nemesio Pierres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lucio Erasto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Florentino Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot. ChrisLee's supporters rose to their feet, but Florentino Arias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nemesio Pierres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucio Erasto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Eusebio Aritza fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CHIO F.C.'s protests and gave Eusebio Aritza a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, CHIO F.C.'s Eusebio Aritza got a free kick in the 69th minute. Nemesio Pierres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Arias, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute Lucio Erasto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Pierres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind CHIO F.C.'s goalkeeper Nemesio Pierres, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, ChrisLee's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Martino came free, but Aquilino Ongile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ChrisLee had won after a very even match.
