Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Que No Decaiga's Venancio Monte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Liebig AFC's Santos Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Monte in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Venancio Monte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santos Darien. Liebig AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Venancio Monte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 11th minute Venancio Monte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Darien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Alejandro Palban recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erubiel Iturri. Alejandro Palban showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After having played for 17 minutes, Anastasio Sustrai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liebig AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anastasio Sustrai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Denis Peio kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Alejandro Palban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Iturri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Vergaray during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Que No Decaiga booed when Liebig AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Vergaray didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmar Eudoxio took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santos Darien. Santos Darien dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Anastasio Sustrai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Alejandro Palban took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Erubiel Iturri to make any attempt to save it. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Alejandro Palban made the kick off in the second half. After 62 played minutes, Liebig AFC's Anacleto Cesario shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erubiel Iturri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Liebig AFC reached it. Liebig AFC's Anastasio Sustrai got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emiliano Lidon kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Erubiel Iturri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Sustrai in the 70th minute of play. Nicolas Vergaray got his second yellow card in the match during the 75th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 76 played minutes Liebig AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Vergaray. In the 78th match minute, Liebig AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Carlomagno to maneuver through the defense. When Aaron Carlomagno came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Liebig AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Carlomagno couldn't finish the play. Mario Eguen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Iturri having to interfere. After 89 minutes, Diego Balendin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liebig AFC and the Que No Decaiga players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Liebig AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Octavio Gaitano placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Delmar Eudoxio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Santos Darien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesus Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. In the 99th minute, Octavio Gaitano sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Liebig AFC's Santos Darien didn't even have to move. Liebig AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
