Spectators: 6806 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gregorio Birila started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Gregorio Birila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Guter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Candido Ederono fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Angulas's protests and gave Candido Ederono a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Angulas! After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Gregorio Birila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berreta's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregorio Birila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saturnino Guter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Quinteros in the 14th minute of play forced Angulas's goalkeeper Saturnino Guter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gregorio Birila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Saturnino Guter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Gombal in the 21st minute of play forced Berreta's goalkeeper Fulgencio Fernendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24thth minute of the game Ricardo Gombal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Berreta's Fulgencio Fernendo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ricardo Gombal might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fulgencio Fernendo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardo Gombal ran back to his position shaking his head. 31 minutes into the match, Ladislao Eufrasio notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Berreta's Fulgencio Fernendo. Fulgencio Fernendo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ladislao Eufrasio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Ladislao Eufrasio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fulgencio Fernendo. Berreta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Eufrasio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Saturnino Guter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Birila, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Berreta's goalkeeper Fulgencio Fernendo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gregorio Birila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saturnino Guter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Quinteros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Mauricio Quinteros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Angulas booed when Berreta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Hartz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldomero Gervaso shot a long shot in the 57th minute and a light blocked Fulgencio Fernendo hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 3-1. Ladislao Eufrasio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Fernendo having to interfere. Cipriano Kepa charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cipriano Kepa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Angulas booed when Berreta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Kepa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 minutes Berreta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Baldomero Gervaso who took care of the corner kick. In the 71st minute, Gogo Bidun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saturnino Guter was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gregorio Birila showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 76 minute of play. Mauricio Quinteros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Guter having to interfere. If Cipriano Kepa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Gombal hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Angulas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Berreta had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
