Gramilla FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Comisco F.C the free kick. In the 5th minute, Aldo Urdaspal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Gramilla FC's zone, Leopoldo Matro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Rivas came out of the goal and Leopoldo Matro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomás Dunixi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Cristian Rivas 11 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Tomás Dunixi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Gramilla FC defense, Leopoldo Matro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristian Rivas. The Gramilla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristian Rivas should have stopped the shot. If Rogelio Rosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomás Dunixi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Rivas having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Gramilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Dunixi came free, but Cristian Rivas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Comisco F.C's Tomás Dunixi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristian Rivas. That made the score 3-0 after 36 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gramilla FC's zone, Tomás Dunixi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Rivas came out of the goal and Tomás Dunixi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 played minutes Comisco F.C got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Ignado. If Tomás Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomás Dunixi was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Matro in the 52nd minute of play forced Gramilla FC's goalkeeper Cristian Rivas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Dunixi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Comisco F.C's Tomás Dunixi in 72 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Cristian Rivas guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. If Baltasar Bide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Rivas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Matro, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Tomás Dunixi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute Leopoldo Matro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Rivas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Dunixi in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Rivas saved Gramilla FC from getting behind. If Leopoldo Matro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
