Pascual Phelipe's late challenge caught a Comisco F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pascual Phelipe helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Comisco F.C booed when Islas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Phelipe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Islas's Maximiliano Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Matro in the 9th minute of play. Maximiliano Munio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Ferrando went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Islas's zone, Tomás Dunixi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximiliano Munio came out of the goal and Tomás Dunixi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Comisco F.C's Camilo Iturri got control of the ball when Andres Sabin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Camilo Iturri was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Conrado Umea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. A collision led to Comisco F.C getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Gregorio Atarrabi hit a great ball. After 32 played minutes, Islas's Filomeno Gines shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Camilo Iturri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Islas reached it. Islas's Maximiliano Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Matro in the 34th minute of play. Maximiliano Munio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Ferrando in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Leopoldo Matro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Comisco F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Raimundo Castel kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Leopoldo Matro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Islas's Maximiliano Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Dunixi in the 48th minute of play. The Islas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Comisco F.C were winning 1-2.

Maximiliano Munio made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Leopoldo Matro sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 54 minutes, Tomás Dunixi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Comisco F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Dunixi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute Conrado Umea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Iturri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Munio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Dunixi in the 71st minute of play. Pascual Phelipe got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 76 played minutes Mateo Ignado scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Maximiliano Munio who was too lazy, 1-5. In the 80th minute, Comisco F.C's Gregorio Atarrabi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximiliano Munio. Maximiliano Munio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Vicente Chap charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Chap the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vicente Chap hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Leopoldo Matro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Maximiliano Munio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Dunixi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximiliano Munio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Leopoldo Matro put it in 1-7 from a short distance just to the right of Maximiliano Munio. When the final whistle sounded Comisco F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Islas.
