Spectators: 7202 (Terracing: 5403, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Gustavo Oliveiro made in the 6th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Moises Isidor. In the 7th minute, Julian Guzman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristo Transito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ambrosio Quiroga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Godofredo Jaen made a huge save. Moises Isidor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Godofredo Jaen came out and tried to block the shot, but Moises Isidor slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. Baltasar Fanuco kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Gustavo Oliveiro in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Los Wachibonitos's Leonides Lauro. Los Wachibonitos's Godofredo Jaen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Transito in the 31st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Esquel FC's Moises Isidor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Godofredo Jaen. That made the score 2-0 after 33 minutes of play. In the 38th match minute, Los Wachibonitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Asier to maneuver through the defense. Godofredo Jaen was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ezequiel Ibañez. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ambrosio Quiroga got free with Godofredo Jaen in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristo Transito to make the kick off. Ambrosio Quiroga scored 4-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Godofredo Jaen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 68th match minute, Los Wachibonitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Asier to maneuver through the defense. If Julian Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 played minutes Los Wachibonitos got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Stanciu. 81 minutes into the match, Los Wachibonitos's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Transito came free, but Godofredo Jaen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Baltasar Fanuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julian Guzman struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Ulises Sesuldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Wachibonitos. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Esquel FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Los Wachibonitos for much of the match.
