Spectators: 7217 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Benicio Arano kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Berasko in the 4th minute of play forced Taipei City FC's goalkeeper Fernando Caton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Isidoro Stanislao managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taipei City FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoro Stanislao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Maidana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Octavio Kusko fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maraja jr's protests and gave Octavio Kusko a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Maraja jr got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Kusko. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justino Berasko in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Caton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maraja jr's Lino Kemen got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernando Caton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Berasko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Taipei City FC defense, Justino Berasko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Caton. The Taipei City FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Caton should have stopped the shot. Timoteo Jeraldo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Justino Berasko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maraja jr's supporters rose to their feet, but Justino Berasko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Caton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Higinio Sustrai hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Isidoro Stanislao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Lino Maidana made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justino Berasko made a kick off. Benicio Arano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Maidana having to interfere. Lino Maidana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Arano in the 64th minute of play. Lino Kemen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fernando Caton firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lino Kemen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Caton having to make a save. Justino Berasko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 minutes, Angelo Pello mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Taipei City FC and the Maraja jr players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elias Pacho hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Alfredo Aguirre sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Taipei City FC's Fernando Caton didn't even have to move. In the 86th minute Isidoro Stanislao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Maidana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Kemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Caton having to interfere. Higinio Sustrai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernando Caton made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Lino Kemen sent off a good shot on target. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
