Barrancas f.c's Placido Piorno got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonas Nicholas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Anier Rius made a huge save. After having played for 18 minutes, Placido Piorno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancas f.c's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Piorno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicasio Mark's late challenge caught a Barrancas f.c's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicasio Mark helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, Nicasio Mark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergio Venerando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvio Abadie in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Barrancas f.c getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Oscar Frances hit a great ball. If Jonas Nicholas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 39th minute Placido Piorno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Nicholas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Anier Rius made a huge save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Anier Rius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Piorno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Placido Piorno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrancas f.c's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Piorno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Rius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ALBERDI were furious when Isidro Garaona was red carded, 55 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of ALBERDI:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Barrancas f.c:s goal. With a little luck, Barrancas f.c's Sergio Venerando got control of the ball when Emanuel Tano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Emanuel Tano made a precise shot to the right of Sergio Venerando. Barrancas f.c's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Emanuel Tano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Sergio Venerando skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Placido Piorno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Anier Rius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Nicholas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in ALBERDI fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 84th minute. Penalty! Marcos Chano walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Jonas Nicholas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Anier Rius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anier Rius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Nicholas's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Jonas Nicholas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Rius having to interfere. The Barrancas f.c supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ALBERDI's performance. The match ended with a win for ALBERDI.
