Benítez AFC's Aldo Matai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Tajo in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Aristides Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Dayam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes Benítez AFC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Belarmo. After a defensive mix-up in Benítez AFC's zone, Flavio Dayam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Matai came out of the goal and Flavio Dayam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Flavio Dayam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aldo Matai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Dayam in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Segundo Belarmo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Benítez AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Expreso Tombino the free kick. After a rather tough play, Benítez AFC's Segundo Belarmo got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 39 minutes of play, El Expreso Tombino's Aristides Tajo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aldo Matai was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marco Breogan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Cambranes having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Fernan Blasco made the kick off in the second half. Aldo Matai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Martxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute, Aristides Tajo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aldo Matai. The goal made the score 0-3. After a rather tough play, El Expreso Tombino's Marcos Martxot got a free kick in the 64th minute. Aristides Tajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Matai having to interfere. Aldo Matai was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Aristides Tajo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aristides Tajo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Niceto Cambranes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Breogan, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Fernan Blasco came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Benítez AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernan Blasco couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the El Expreso Tombino defense, Fernan Blasco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niceto Cambranes. The El Expreso Tombino fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niceto Cambranes should have stopped the shot. Fernan Blasco struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Niceto Cambranes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Benítez AFC. 95 minutes into the game, Flavio Dayam cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Aldo Matai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle sounded El Expreso Tombino left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Benítez AFC.
