A wasted opportunity for Esquel FC. 29 minutes into the match, El Expreso Tombino's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Quiroga came free, but Niceto Cambranes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Esquel FC's goalkeeper Ulises Sesuldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Dayam. In the 36th minute Baltasar Fanuco suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristo Transito couldn't finish the play. Teo Beat kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. El Expreso Tombino's Aristides Tajo got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
