Maraja jr's Lino Maidana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Eudoxio in the 22nd minute of play. Cesar Eudoxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justino Berasko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Omar Nesor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Cesar Eudoxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Maidana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moises Oriche made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Cesar Eudoxio could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Lino Maidana however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Justino Berasko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maraja jr's supporters rose to their feet, but Justino Berasko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Nesor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 62 played minutes Jaramillo got a freekick which was hit by Severino Richie. 66 minutes into the match, Maraja jr's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Oriche came free, but Lino Maidana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jaramillo's goalkeeper Omar Nesor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Omar Nesor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Kemen in the 81st minute of the match. Moises Oriche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Cesar Eudoxio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lino Maidana. Maraja jr's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cesar Eudoxio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
