Esquel FC's Cristo Transito got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristo Transito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Anier Rius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Cristo Transito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esquel FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 16th minute, Ambrosio Quiroga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 31 minutes, Moises Isidor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esquel FC and the ALBERDI players grew even worse after the yellow card. ALBERDI's Anier Rius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Quiroga in the 47th minute of play. The supporters of Esquel FC booed when ALBERDI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Abella didn't get a good kick on the ball. 49 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Abella was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ALBERDI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esquel FC the free kick.

After having played for 55 minutes, Cristo Transito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esquel FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Transito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ambrosio Quiroga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Anier Rius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Isidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the game, Isaac Ugutz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ALBERDI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esquel FC the free kick. Isaac Ugutz kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute of the match, Ambrosio Quiroga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anier Rius was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 73 minutes into the match, ALBERDI's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Transito came free, but Anier Rius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Ambrosio Quiroga could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Anier Rius however easily saved by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristo Transito in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anier Rius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elvio Abadie took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulises Sesuldo. Ulises Sesuldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Ambrosio Quiroga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anier Rius having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Transito in the 96th minute of play forced ALBERDI's goalkeeper Anier Rius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ALBERDI fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Esquel FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
