Tu Vieja FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Imperio Galáctico FC the free kick. In the 8th minute, Roberto Marcones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basilio Raulo, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Imperio Galáctico FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tu Vieja FC the free kick. In the 25th match minute, Imperio Galáctico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Nisio to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Ermegildo Jakes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopoldo Otsoko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The Tu Vieja FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Imperio Galáctico FC were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Octavio Orlanda to strike the kick off in the second half. If Octavio Orlanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tu Vieja FC's Leopoldo Otsoko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Orlanda in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute Octavio Orlanda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Otsoko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Ermegildo Jakes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Imperio Galáctico FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 82nd minute, Honorato Honesto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mario Peio's late challenge caught a Imperio Galáctico FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Peio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Honorato Honesto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honorato Honesto scored 1-4 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leopoldo Otsoko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hermengildo Chaime made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Lluques in the 93rd minute of play. Octavio Orlanda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Tu Vieja FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Imperio Galáctico FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
