Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edelmiro Olayo got the match started through his kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Cortaderas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Olayo came free, but Teodosio Aguirre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edelmiro Olayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Aguirre having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edelmiro Olayo in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodosio Aguirre saved Cortaderas FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Olayo in the 19th minute of play forced Cortaderas FC's goalkeeper Teodosio Aguirre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SANGRE AZULGRANA's zone, Silvano Santiago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Ayala came out of the goal and Silvano Santiago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduard Vlaše received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Basilio Ayala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cortaderas FC's Edgardo Jobo got a free kick in the 35th minute. Cortaderas FC's Teodosio Aguirre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Olayo in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Cortaderas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Manex to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvano Santiago to strike the kick off in the second half. Basilio Ayala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Santiago in the 53rd minute of the match. Edgardo Jobo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Mariano Brion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martin Burutzagi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Teodosio Aguirre came out and tried to block the shot, but Martin Burutzagi slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 64th minute. Mariano Brion's late challenge caught a Cortaderas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mariano Brion helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SANGRE AZULGRANA booed when Cortaderas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodosio Aguirre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Burutzagi's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Edelmiro Olayo scored 0-3 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teodosio Aguirre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cortaderas FC's Teodosio Aguirre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Cortaderas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 87thth minute of the game Edelmiro Olayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cortaderas FC's Teodosio Aguirre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teodosio Aguirre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hipolito Heriberto in the 88th minute. When SANGRE AZULGRANA's Edelmiro Olayo in 94 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Teodosio Aguirre guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 96 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Olayo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Teodosio Aguirre. Edelmiro Olayo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. SANGRE AZULGRANA were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Cortaderas FC's much stronger midfield.
