The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Dionisio Frisco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Basajaun in the 6th minute of play forced Momios F.C.'s goalkeeper Geronimo Cristos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Cristian Basajaun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeo Galoer in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonatan Taurino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dionisio Frisco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gervasio Rioja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Taurino having to interfere. Naunauco's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Tadeo Galoer scored to the left of an out of position Jonatan Taurino, making the score, 1-0. Jonatan Taurino made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Gervasio Rioja sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Naunauco's zone, Gervasio Rioja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Taurino came out of the goal and Gervasio Rioja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Momios F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Frisco came free, but Geronimo Cristos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Momios F.C.'s Tadeo Galoer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonatan Taurino. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. Adolfo Ricart's late challenge caught a Naunauco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolfo Ricart helped the player get up and apologised. Adolfo Ricart kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Cristian Basajaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Dionisio Frisco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Naunauco's supporters rose to their feet, but Dionisio Frisco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Cristos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dionisio Frisco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dionisio Frisco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Cristos having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Tadeo Galoer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonatan Taurino. Naunauco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tadeo Galoer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 61st minute Tadeo Galoer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Taurino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Momios F.C.'s Geronimo Cristos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Momios F.C. from getting a goal against them. Cristian Basajaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Cristos having to interfere. Tadeo Galoer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jonatan Taurino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Rene Fero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tadeo Galoer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonatan Taurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Rioja in the 90th minute of play. In the 94th minute, one of Naunauco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Naunauco. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Momios F.C.. Edgard Gines stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonatan Taurino. 5-0. Momios F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
