Tu Vieja FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Perpinya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Mario Perpinya cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mateo Baristo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mateo Baristo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Perpinya in the 12th minute of play. Tu Vieja FC's Leopoldo Otsoko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Silvanito in the 15th minute of play. Leopoldo Otsoko was a little too slow when Jacinto Filipo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 31st minute, Jesus Lluques got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Godofredo Silvanito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Leopoldo Otsoko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Godofredo Silvanito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Otsoko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godofredo Silvanito received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leopoldo Otsoko came out and tried to block the shot, but Godofredo Silvanito slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 39th minute. In the 44th minute Jesus Lluques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Baristo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Otsoko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Urdin in the 49th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesus Lluques was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute Jesus Lluques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Baristo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Naranja's Jacinto Filipo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo Otsoko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mario Perpinya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateo Baristo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Lluques in the 70th minute of play. Jacinto Filipo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jesus Lluques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Baristo having to interfere. Mateo Baristo made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Mario Perpinya sent off a good shot on target. Mario Perpinya took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Baristo. Mateo Baristo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Fidel Urdin hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Naranja's Godofredo Silvanito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo Otsoko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mateo Baristo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Perpinya in the 96th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
