Spectators: 6671 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 0) Sorento's Adolfo Ospin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Simon Crescencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Ospin in the 5th minute of play. Adolfo Ospin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Simon Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th match minute, C.A Huracan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Espiridion to maneuver through the defense. Adolfo Ospin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simon Crescencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Emanuel Aires hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Adolfo Ospin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sorento's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolfo Ospin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Crescencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute, Victorio Cebrian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adolfo Ospin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eugenio Espiridion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorio Cebrian struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Hermengildo Mendebal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A Huracan. Hermengildo Mendebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Cebrian in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anier Nastasio made a kick off. With a little luck, Sorento's Hermengildo Mendebal got control of the ball when Victorio Cebrian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hermengildo Mendebal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorio Cebrian in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute, Pascual Orzaize hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th match minute, Sorento was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Erruki to maneuver through the defense. Damaso Bastia might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Crescencio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damaso Bastia ran back to his position shaking his head. Hermengildo Mendebal was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Anier Nastasio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anier Nastasio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Carlos Hotz charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Hotz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sorento's Carlos Hotz got a free kick in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Joaquin Ubelteso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A Huracan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sorento the free kick. In the 86th match minute, C.A Huracan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Ubelteso to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Bastia in the 88th minute of play forced C.A Huracan's goalkeeper Simon Crescencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Sixto Lazcano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorento's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sixto Lazcano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. C.A Huracan's Victorio Cebrian got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The C.A Huracan supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing C.A Huracan would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
