Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Juventud Unida E.R.'s goalkeeper Severiano Vellito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hernan Checa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Severiano Vellito when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Severiano Vellito made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Hernan Checa sent off a good shot on target. Severiano Vellito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Ticho in the 22nd minute of the match. Severiano Vellito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Ticho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernabe Petrigai hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nunez Arias in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltasar Iraitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 34 minutes, Edgardo Iratxo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Providencia AFC and the Juventud Unida E.R. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Providencia AFC's Edgardo Iratxo got a free kick in the 35th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Hernan Checa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Providencia AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hernan Checa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severiano Vellito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, Hernan Checa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severiano Vellito was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. German Ignazio scored 2-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baltasar Iraitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 53rd minute, Ruben Perico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hernan Checa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severiano Vellito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Checa in the 60th minute of play. When Providencia AFC's Genaro Ticho in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juventud Unida E.R.'s goalie prevented a goal. Genaro Ticho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Genaro Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Vellito having to interfere. Hernan Checa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Severiano Vellito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Providencia AFC's zone, Amador Nuno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltasar Iraitz came out of the goal and Amador Nuno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severiano Vellito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Checa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernan Checa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 87 minutes into the match, Juventud Unida E.R.'s goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Checa came free, but Severiano Vellito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernan Checa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Vellito having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Providencia AFC fully deserved thier win.
