He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Buenos Aires reached it. Buenos Aires's Evaristo Soter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Arias in the 20th minute of play. Dalmacio Chorache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Vellito having to interfere. In the 27thth minute of the game Dalmacio Chorache who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventud Unida E.R.'s Severiano Vellito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Severiano Vellito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Melquiades Rio went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Buenos Aires's Dalmacio Chorache in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juventud Unida E.R.'s goalie prevented a goal. Melquiades Rio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Severiano Vellito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severiano Vellito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dalmacio Chorache's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Severino Urtsua ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severiano Vellito was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Buenos Aires's attentive Higinio Abechuco managed to snatch the ball when Amador Nuno made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nunez Arias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, German Ignazio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Buenos Aires's Higinio Abechuco got a free kick in the 59th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmacio Chorache in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severiano Vellito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Severiano Vellito made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Dalmacio Chorache sent off a good shot on target. If Dalmacio Chorache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalmacio Chorache's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Severiano Vellito skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Severiano Vellito was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Everardo Abascal. Dalmacio Choraches short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Severiano Vellito to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A sloppy throw-in by Amador Nuno in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Buenos Aires's Higinio Abechuco. Buenos Aires played a much better game than Juventud Unida E.R. and deserved their victory. The Juventud Unida E.R. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
