The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvano Osoitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Xeneixes's Jorge Toribio got control of the ball when German Ignazio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Ceferino Ted was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xeneixes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventud Unida E.R. the free kick. After 55 played minutes Xeneixes got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Ted. Severiano Vellito came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Xeneixes's Leonardo Llorian. But to his dismay, Leonardo Llorian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Silvano Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Vellito having to interfere. Jorge Toribio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. If Nunez Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Toribio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Arias in the 81st minute of play. Silvano Osoitz struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Severiano Vellito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xeneixes. Leonardo Llorian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvano Osoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ceferino Ted got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 96th minute, Ceferino Ted hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. German Ignazio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Jorge Toribio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Xeneixes fans cheered their team off the field, for while Juventud Unida E.R. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
