Mario Gaizkine hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Victoriano Munio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Victoriano Munio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Arotza was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After 19 played minutes HIELASANGRE got a freekick which was hit by Blas Azibar. Fortin FC's Honorato Silbestre couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for HIELASANGRE. Arsenio Liher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Turi having to interfere. Maximiliano Betadur struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Vicente Arotza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HIELASANGRE. Rodrigo Rico hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Vicente Arotza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Betadur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Maximiliano Betadur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Arotza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. HIELASANGRE's Maximiliano Betadur got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Victoriano Munios short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Vicente Arotza to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Victoriano Munio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Vicente Arotza made a huge save. If Leandro Hug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Leandro Hug got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Arsenio Liher had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnaldo Turi. HIELASANGRE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arsenio Liher was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Victoriano Munio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Vicente Arotza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Betadur in the 78th minute of the match. With a little luck, Fortin FC's Vicente Arotza got control of the ball when Victoriano Munio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Faustino Bero hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fortin FC's zone, Victoriano Munio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Arotza came out of the goal and Victoriano Munio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fortin FC's Vicente Arotza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Betadur in the 93rd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the HIELASANGRE players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fortin FC.
