In the 8th match minute, HIELASANGRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Gaizkine to maneuver through the defense. Felix Montay hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. But to his dismay, Faustino Perfecto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, HIELASANGRE's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Chumo came free, but Arnaldo Turi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faustino Perfecto struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Arnaldo Turi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lipeo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Munio got free with Melquiades Venceslao in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victoriano Munio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Melquiades Venceslao made a huge save. Faustino Bero's late challenge caught a Lipeo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faustino Bero helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to HIELASANGRE getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Faustino Bero hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the match, Lipeo's Julio Chumo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnaldo Turi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maximiliano Betadur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Venceslao having to interfere. Melquiades Venceslao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Betadur in the 41st minute of play.

In the 87th minute, Faustino Bero sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lipeo's Melquiades Venceslao didn't even have to move. Faustino Perfecto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
