Mi Pirata Cordobé's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Higinio Egoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ezequiel Diegotxe hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Cheminea AFC's Teo Arias tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Emanuel Otoniel came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Cheminea AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Otoniel couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Otoniel in the 31st minute of play forced Mi Pirata Cordobé's goalkeeper Godofredo Fagildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Cheminea AFC booed when Mi Pirata Cordobé was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Bernebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Fausto Mel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cheminea AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mi Pirata Cordobé the free kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 51st minute Moises Lucado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Poz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Nicolas Eufrasio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Emanuel Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emanuel Otoniel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Nicolas Eufrasio came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Mi Pirata Cordobé fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Eufrasio couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute, Emanuel Otoniel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cheminea AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 70th match minute, Cheminea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Mel to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Emanuel Otoniel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Godofredo Fagildo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Higinio Egoi in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godofredo Fagildo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Higinio Egoi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Godofredo Fagildo. That made the score 1-4 in the 83 minute of play. Gaudencio Fonso kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. If Higinio Egoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Otoniel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cheminea AFC played a much better game than Mi Pirata Cordobé and deserved their victory. The Mi Pirata Cordobé players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
